摘要
文章利用文本挖掘方法,对国家图书馆电商平台在售文创产品的用户评论进行深入分析,旨在从消费者角度探究国家图书馆文创产品和服务,揭示当前工作存在的问题并提出改进建议。首先利用LDA模型对国家图书馆文创产品的用户评论进行主题分析,然后经过编码按维度划分数据,接着使用ROST CM6软件进行语义网络与情感分析。研究结果表明,国家图书馆应当加强文创产品设计,丰富文化创意内涵;重视用户消费体验,完善电商平台服务;融合现代科学技术,开发优质数字藏品。
This paper employs text mining techniques to conduct an in-depth analysis of user comments on cultural and creative products sold on the National Library's e-commerce platform.The aim is to explore the library's cultural and creative products and services from the consumer's perspective,identify existing issues,and suggest improvements.The study first utilizes the LDA model for topic analysis of user comments.Subsequently,the data is categorized by themes through coding,followed by semantic network and sentiment analysis using ROST CM6 software.The findings indicate that the National Library should enhance the design of cultural and creative products,enrich their cultural creativity,focus on improving user consumption experience,and upgrade the services of the e-commerce platform.Additionally,integrating modern science and technology to develop high-quality digital collections is recommended.
