陕西省中草药配方饲料研发推广现状与提升路径

The situation and improving path of developing and promoting feed with traditional Chinese medicine formula in Shaanxi Province

[目的]为全面了解陕西省中草药配方饲料研发推广现状,推动中草药配方饲料广泛应用,促进“饲料禁抗、养殖减抗、畜产品无抗”全面落实。[方法]采用调查问卷法和深入企业实际调查等“点面结合”研究方式,对陕西省当前饲料行业中草药配方饲料研发推广现状深入分析。[结果]陕西省中草药配方饲料研发推广取得了阶段性成效,但还面临政策法规不配套、中草药质量不稳定、生产工艺复杂、养殖户认可度不高等问题。[结论]提出了强化科技创新驱动、开展技术协同攻关、强化技术规范引导等研发推广思路和精准设计研发项目、组建技术协同攻关联盟、构建原料营养参数数据库、实施标准化生产等研发推广路径。

[Objectives]The situation of developing and promoting feed with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula in Shaanxi Province was comprehensively studied to promote the widespread application of feed with TCM formula and enhance the comprehensive implementation of"prohibition of antibiotics in feed,reduction of antibiotics in farming,and antibiotic-free livestock products".[Methods]A combination of point and surface research methods including questionnaire surveys and in-depth investigations of enterprise was used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current status of developing and promoting feed with TCM formula in the feed industry in Shaanxi Province.[Results]The development and promotion of feed with TCM formula in Shaanxi Province has achieved phased results,but there are problems including mismatched policies and regulations,unstable quality of TCM,complex processes of production,and low degree of recognition from farmers.[Conclusions]The ideas of developing and promoting feed with TCM formula including strengthening the drive of scientific and technological innovation,conducting collaborative researches on technology,and en hancing guidance on technical specification and the path of developing and promoting feed with TCM formula including precisely designing the projects of development,establishing a collaborative alliance of studying tech nology,building a database of nutritional parameters for raw material,and implementing standardized produc tion are proposed.
