摘要
1+X证书制度通过社会化机制招募遴选培训评价组织开发职业技能等级标准、教材和教学资源,并实施1+X证书考核发证,是职业教育制度设计的创新。文章从1+X培训评价组织的分类角度,提取评价因子进行比较研究,评价现有培训评价组织在1+X证书制度实施过程中的表现,为优化招募、遴选标准和制定培育计划提供借鉴。
The 1+X certificate system is an innovation in the design of vocational education system by recruiting and selecting training and evaluation organizations through socialization mechanisms.The training and evaluation organizations develop the occupational skill standards,teaching materials and teaching resources.From the perspective of classification of 1+X training and evaluation organizations,this article extracts evaluation factors for a comparative study,evaluates the performance of existing training and evaluation organizations in the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,and provides reference for optimizing the recruitment and selection criteria and formulating cultivation plans.
