The rural revitalization strategy has put forward new requirements and challenges for countylevel vocational education center schools.County vocational education center schools play a crucial role in the following aspects,such as cultivating high-quality workers and technical skilled talents,promoting local economic development,cultural inheritance and innovation,rural governance and services,etc.However,the current construction of county vocational education center schools faces problems such as uneven resource allocation,disconnection between talent cultivation and market demand,insufficient construction of teaching staff,insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and ineffective policy support.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of the school,serve the economic and social development of the county,connect with industrial needs,optimize professional settings,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,promote schoolenterprise cooperation,improve policy support,in order to achieve balanced development and quality improvement of the county vocational education center schools.
