摘要
高职院校在服务技能型社会建设中的可能作为就是链接现实与未来,既考虑现实社会需要又考虑教育的终极追求。主要路径有:以法的视角,持续深化治理改革,高质量实现育训并举,强化技能供给;以融的方法,持续深化校企合作,高质量实现综合育人,强化技能服务;以创的思维,全面开展“双创”教育,高质量实现人人出彩,强化技能创新;以教的理念,积极推行全人教育,高质量实现德技并修,增强技能底色。
The possible role of vocational colleges in building a service-oriented and skilled society is to link the present and the future,considering both the current social needs and the ultimate pursuit of education.The main paths are as follows:from the perspective of law,continuously deepening governance reform,achieving high-quality education and training simultaneously,and strengthening skill supply;from the perspective of integration,continuously deepening school enterprise cooperation through integrated methods to achieve highquality comprehensive education and strengthen skills services;with a creative mindset,comprehensively carrying out"double innovation"education,achieving high-quality results for everyone,and strengthening skill innovation;adhering to the concept of education,actively promoting holistic education,achieving high-quality integration of morality and skills,and enhancing the foundation of skills.
