高等职业教育特殊教育专业群建设面临的机遇与对策研究

现代职业教育体系的构建给新一轮“双高计划”专业群建设带来了新的发展契机。高水平特殊教育专业群建设面临政策支持与资源倾斜增大、人才需求与就业岗位增加、技术融合与学科交叉增多等机遇。文章提出耦合区域特殊教育行业需求链、动态调整特殊教育专业群布局,坚持能力本位的学生发展理念、重构特殊教育专业群课程体系,强化学校治理能力综合提升、创新特殊教育专业群管理机制,聚焦名师队伍建设、培育特殊教育专业群“金师”团队,打造区域社会培训高地、提高特殊教育专业群引领能力等应对策略,将全面推动专业群人才培养适应性不断提升。

The construction of modern vocational education system has brought new development opportunities to the new round of"Double High Plan"professional group construction.The construction of highlevel special education professional groups faces opportunities such as increased policy support and resource inclination,increased demand for talent and employment opportunities,and increased technological integration and interdisciplinary intersection.Targeted proposals include coupling the demand chain of the regional special education industry,dynamically adjusting the layout of special education professional groups,adhering to the ability based student development concept,reconstructing the curriculum system of special education professional groups,strengthening the comprehensive improvement of school governance capacity,innovating the management mechanism of special education professional groups,focusing on the construction of the"four level famous teachers"team,cultivating the"gold teacher"team of special education professional groups,creating a regional social training highland,and improving the leadership ability of special education professional groups.These strategies will comprehensively promote the continuous improvement of the adaptability of professional group talent cultivation.
