摘要
PLC控制系统和DCS技术目前已被广泛应用于各行业。PLC控制系统是一种独立于DCS控制系统的控制设备,可在上端和整个体系间建立起相应的运行模式,使整个系统高效整合。DCS系统采取了一种分散化的工作模式,有效地显示和管理相关的信息,利用微处理机,实现了对实体和地理信息的高效管理,有效集中了系统运行中的每个环节。伴随着技术的不断提升与进步,该项技术在物联网的帮助下作出了进一步的优化设计,控制精度更高,引入门槛更低。系统以稀土冶炼行业为背景,融合PLC控制技术和DCS上位机技术,利用西门子S7通信方式,针对实际生产的需求,实现生产全过程的智能化控制。
PLC control system and DCS technology has been widely used in various industries,PLC control system is a kind of control equipment independent of DCS control system,which can establish the corresponding operation mode between the upper end and the whole system to make the whole system efficiently integrated.DCS system adopts a kind of decentralized working mode,effectively displaying and managing the relevant information,and realizes the efficient management of the entity and geography by using microprocessor,effectively centralizing every link in the system operation.PLC control system and DCS technology in practice is very complex,covering a wide range of applications,simple operation methods,can establish an intelligent operation mechanism.However,along with the continuous improvement and progress of technology,the technology has been further optimized with the help of Internet of Things and its introduction threshold has been lowered.This system takes the rare earth smelting industry as the background,integrates PLC control technology and DCS uplink computer technology,utilizes Siemens S7 communication mode,and realizes the intelligent control of the whole process of production according to the demand of actual production.
