Application and effect study of pathological technology process management system based on QR code

目的:观察病理技术流程管理系统在病理科的实施效果。方法:浙江省台州医院病理科于2021年1月开始实施病理技术流程管理系统,2020年1月―12月设为实施前,2021年1月―12月设为实施后,比较病理技术流程管理系统实施前后取材环节、制片环节、出片环节的差错发生率。结果:病理技术流程管理系统实施后,取材环节、制片环节、出片环节差错发生率显著降低,与实施前比较存在显著差异(P <0.01)。结论:在病理科处理病理标本过程中,病理技术流程管理系统的实施效果十分显著,可以降低人为差错的发生率,对提高病理科的管理水平和工作质量有较大的意义。

Objective To compare the implementation effect of pathological technology process management system in the Department of Pathology.Methods The pathology technology process management system was implemented in January 2021 in the Department of Pathology of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province.The period from January to December 2020 was set as before the implementation,and the period from January to December 2021was set as after the implementation.The incidence of errors in sampling,production and film production before and after the implementation of the pathology technology process management system was compared.Results After the implementation of the pathological technical process management system,the incidence of errors in sampling,filmmaking and film production was significantly reduced,and there was a significant difference compared with before the implementation(P < 0.01).Conclusion In the process of processing pathological specimens in the pathology department,the implementation effect of the pathological technical process management system is very significant,which can reduce the occurrence of human errors rate,and has great significance for improving the management level and work quality of the pathology department.
