基于OMOP CDM的区域休息痢专病库建设与实践

摘要 目的:通过构建标准化、系统化的专病库,有效整合区域中医数据资源,为中医临床科研提供坚实的基础支撑。方法:提出了基于OMOP CDM的休息痢专病库建设方法与研究应用方向,通过上海市区域专病库的建设与应用实践,积累了宝贵的经验。结果:建立了包括龙华医院、曙光医院等医疗机构的休息痢专病库,该专病库不仅支持专病数据的深入分析研究,还促进了专病队列的建立以及基于大数据的真实世界研究。结论:通过构建区域中医休息痢专病库,有效整合了区域中医数据资源,可为休息痢数据分析、队列研究以及真实世界研究等临床科研提供良好的数据支撑,进而提升休息痢的诊疗水平,为患者提供更为精准、高效的中医诊疗服务。 Objective To effectively integrate regional TCM resources by constructing a standardized and systematic specialized disease database,and to provide a solid foundation for TCM clinical research.Methods The construction method and the research and application direction of the resting dysentery specialized disease database based on OMOP CDM were proposed,and the valuable experience was accumulated through the construction and application practice of the regional specialized disease database in Shanghai.Results The specialized disease database of the resting dysentery was established in medical institutions including Longhua Hospital and Shuguang Hospital,which not only supported in-depth analysis and research of specialized disease data,but also promoted the establishment of specialized disease cohorts and real-world research based on big data.Conclusion The construction of a regional TCM dysentery database effectively integrates the regional TCM resources,which can provide good data support for clinical research such as resting dysentery data analysis,cohort studies and real-world studies,thereby improving the diagnosis and treatment level of resting dysentery and providing patients with more accurate and efficient TCM diagnosis and treatment services.
