面向多院区的医学影像设备数字化管理模型构建与实践

Construction and practice of digital management model of medical imaging equipment for multi-campus hospital

目的:构建多院区影像设备的数字化管理模型,推动多院区医院影像设备的运维管理革新及业务效率的增长。方法:基于云边协同技术构建影像设备管理系统,实现数字运维,通过数字孪生全局视图,直观且高效地管理和展示多院区内的众多影像设备。同时,通过监控参数的收集与分析比对,促进多院区业务流程的优化,形成“数字运维―数字孪生体―业务优化”三维管理模型。结果:该模型成功建立了厂商与医院之间的数据一致性通道,解决了管理上的难点,实现了影像设备全域“虚实可视”,促进了设备管理模式的转型,有效地调整并提升了设备的业务运作效率。结论:该管理模型在嘉定影像中心及其医联体的管理中展现出了显著成效,为大中型医院多院区的管理者提供了可借鉴的实践经验。

Objective To construct a digital management model of imaging equipment in multi-campus hospital,in order to promote the innovation of operation and maintenance management and the growth of operation efficiency of imaging equipment in multi-campus hospital.Methods An imaging equipment management system was constructed based on Cloud Edge Collaboration technology to realize digital operation and maintenance.Through digital twin global view,many imaging equipment in multi-campus hospital were managed and displayed intuitively and efficiently.At the same time,through the collection and analysis of monitoring parameters,the optimization of business processes in multi-campus hospital was promoted,and a three-dimensional management model of "digital operation and maintenance-digital twin-operation optimization" was formed.Results The model successfully established the data consistency channel between the manufacturer and the hospital,solved management difficulties,realized the "virtual reality visibility" of the whole area of the imaging equipment,promoted the transformation of the equipment management mode,and effectively adjusted and improved the operation efficiency of the equipment.Conclusion The management model has shown remarkable results in the management of Jiading Imaging Center and its medical consortium,providing practical experience and valuable solutions for multi-campus managers of large and mediumsized hospitals.
