彩色马铃薯品种现状及块茎表型性状评价

摘要 在分析已报道和登记的彩色马铃薯茎秆、叶色、薯皮和薯肉表型性状基础上,结合项目组收集的彩色马铃薯F1代材料表型性状,对花青素在茎秆、叶片、薯皮、薯肉中的颜色描述和分布进行规范化描述分类。分析表明,植株顶部新叶紫色或红色表型能显著提升彩色马铃薯新品种(系)早代田间鉴定筛选效率;薯肉花青素显色位置分类标准和规范化描述是进一步深入研究花青素生物合成与积累机制研究的关键,对彩色马铃薯新品种(系)的商品性和经济价值起着至关重要的作用。彩色马铃薯块茎表型性状的评价及色泽量化有助于推动彩色马铃薯新品种选育。 Based on the analysis of reported and registered color potato stem,leaf color,phenotypic traits,combined with the phenotypic character of F1 generation materials collected by the project team,the color and distribution of anthocyanins in stem,leaves,skin and tuber flesh were described and classified.The analysis showed that the purple or red phenotype of the new leaves on the top of the plant could significantly improve the efficiency of field identification and screening of new colored potato strains in early generation.The classification standard and standardized description of anthocyanin color position in tuber flesh are the key to further study the mechanism of anthocyanin biosynthesis and accumulation,and play a crucial role in the commerciality and economic value of new colored potato varieties.The evaluation of phenotypic traits and color quantification of colored potato tubers are helpful to promote the breeding of new colored potato varieties.
