彭阳县水土保持取得的成效、存在的问题及对策措施

宁夏彭阳县自1983年建县以来,坚持“生态立县”方针不动摇,水土保持工作取得了显著成绩,已累计治理小流域90条1879.9 km^(2),森林覆盖率由3%提高到34.31%,水土流失治理程度由11.1%提高到81.03%,平均土壤侵蚀模数由5584.8 t·km^(-2)·a^(-1)降低到2000t·km^(-2)·a^(-1)以下。介绍彭阳县建县40年来水土保持生态环境建设取得的成就,分析总结彭阳县水土保持工作经验,旨在对今后水土保持工作提供借鉴出和参考。

Since its establishment in 1983,Pengyang County,Ningxia,has adhered to the policy of"ecological county"and made remarkable achievements in soil and water conservation.A total of 90 small watersheds of 1879.9 km^(2)have been brought under control,and the forest coverage rate has increased from 3%to 34.31%,and the soil and water loss control degree has increased from 11.1%to 81.03%.The average soil erosion modulus has been decreased from 5584.8 t·km^(-2)·a^(-1)to less than 2000 t·km^(-2)·a^(-1).The achievements of soil and water conservation ecological environment construction in Pengyang County in the past 40 years are introduced,the work experience of soil and water conservation in Pengyang County is analyzed and summarized aiming to provide reference for soil and water conservation work in the future.
