摘要
利用耦合协调发展模型,对2014—2022年山西省经济、能源、环境子系统的耦合协调度进行分析。研究发现,山西省经济、能源和环境三系统(3E系统)的耦合协调度在此期间呈现逐年增长趋势。空间维度上,山西省各地级市3E系统耦合协调度呈逐步上升趋势,其中太原市和长治市呈现出较高的耦合协调度。山西省中南部和中西部地区的耦合协调度相对较低,主要受制于资源单一、产业结构单一以及较为突出的环境问题。对此,加速传统产业结构转型、提高资源利用效率、优化能源利用结构、加强可再生能源开发、推动绿色能源和循环经济发展,以促进3E系统协调、可持续发展。
The coupling coordination degree of economic,energy and environmental subsystems in Shanxi Province from 2014 to 2022 is analyzed by using the coupling coordination development model.It is found that the coupling coordination degree of the three systems of economy,energy and environment(3E system)in Shanxi Province shows an increasing trend year by year during this period.In terms of spatial dimension,the coupling coordination degree of 3E system in prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province shows a gradual upward trend,among which Taiyuan and Changzhi show a higher coupling coordination degree.The coupling coordination degree between the central and southern regions as well as the central and western regions in Shanxi Province is relatively low,which is mainly restricted by the single resource,the single industrial structure,and the more prominent environmental problems.It is suggested that accelerating the transformation of traditional industrial structure,improving the efficiency of resource utilization,optimizing the energy utilization structure,strengthening the development of renewable energy,and promoting the development of green energy and circular economy,so as to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the 3E system.
