摘要
试验旨在研究厚朴酚对断奶羔羊生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响。试验选择断奶湖羊羔羊32只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂含有0.05%、0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚的试验饲粮。预试期1 w,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,0.10%厚朴酚组羔羊的总增重、平均日增重分别比对照组升高30.90%和30.98%(P<0.05),0.10%、0.20%厚朴酚组料重比比对照组降低了19.67%和12.31%(P<0.05),0.05%、0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚组腹泻率分别比对照组降低了37.53%、75.06%、52.97%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.10%厚朴酚组羔羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著增加(P<0.05),0.10%厚朴酚组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平显著增加(P<0.05),0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平显著降低(P<0.05),0.10%厚朴酚组血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著增加(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低(P<0.05);0.05%、0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚组血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著增加(P<0.05);0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),0.05%、0.10%和0.20%厚朴酚组血清中丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加厚朴酚可以提高湖羊羔羊的生长性能,降低腹泻率,提高免疫力和抗氧化能力,且厚朴酚的适宜添加量为0.10%。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of magnolol on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of weaned lambs.A total of 32 weaned Hu sheep lambs were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates per group and one lamb per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed experimental diets containing 0.05%,0.10%,and 0.20%magnolol,respectively.The pretrial period was one week,and the formal trial period was 60 days.The results showed that the total weight gain and average daily weight gain in the 0.10%magnolol group increased by 30.90%and 30.98%compared to the control group(P<0.05),respectively.The feed conversion ratio in the 0.10%and 0.20%magnolol groups decreased by 19.67%and 12.31%compared to the control group(P<0.05),respectively.The diarrhea rates in the 0.05%,0.10%,and 0.20%magnolol groups decreased by 37.53%,75.06%,and 52.97%compared to the control group(P<0.05),respectively.Compared to the control group,the levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the 0.10%magnolol group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum interleukin-4(IL-4)level in the 0.10%magnolol group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum interleukin-6(IL-6)level in the 0.10%and 0.20%magnolol groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum interleukin-10(IL-10)level in the 0.10%magnolol group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)level in the 0.05%,0.10%and 0.20%magnolol groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of the 0.10%and 0.20%magnolol groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of the 0.05%,0.10%,and 0.20%magnolol groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of magnolol to the diet of Hu sheep lambs can improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea rates,enhance immunity,and increase antioxidant capacity.The appropriate addition level of magnolol is 0.10%.
