桑白皮提取物HPLC特征图谱研究

摘要 研究旨在运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立桑白皮提取物的特征图谱,为桑白皮提取物的整体质量控制提供支撑。采用HPLC法对15批桑白皮提取物样品进行化学成分测定与分析,建立了桑白皮提取物的特征图谱。结果显示:15批桑白皮提取物色谱图中共标记和确认了4个特征峰,经与标准品指认分别为桑皮苷A、桑黄酮G、桑皮酮H和桑辛素。将桑黄酮G设为参照峰,计算各特征峰相对保留时间的规定值为0.429、1.188、1.699。研究表明,试验建立的桑白皮提取物HPLC特征图谱特征性强,具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,可为桑白皮提取物作为饲料添加剂开发的质量控制提供了一定参考。 The study aims to establish a characteristic fingerprint of mulberry bark extract using high-phase liquid chromatography(HPLC),providing support for the overall quality control of Morus alba L.extract.Fifteen batches of mulberry bark extract samples were analyzed and chemically characterized using the HPLC method,and a characteristic fingerprint of the extract was established.The results showed that a total of four characteristic peaks were marked and identified in the chromatograms of the 15 batches of mulberry bark extract,which were confirmed by comparison with standard substances as mulberroside A,kuwanone G,Kuwanon H,and Morusin.Using kuwanone G as the reference peak,the specified values of relative retention time for each characteristic peak were calculated as 0.429,1.188 and 1.699.The study indicates that the established HPLC characteristic fingerprint of Morus alba L.extract is distinctive and has good precision,stability,and repeatability,providing a reference for the quality control of Morus alba L.extract as a feed additive.
