离乳期猫粮对断奶幼猫生长性能及肠道健康的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究使用优质的鲜肉材料及具有抗炎、抗氧化作用的饲料添加成分制作的离乳期猫粮对断奶幼猫肠道应激的改善作用。选取8只出生条件相似的4~5周龄幼猫随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复1只幼猫。对照组饲喂商品猫粮,试验组饲喂自制离乳期猫粮。试验期4 w。结果显示,试验第1 w和第2 w试验组幼猫粪便评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验第14 d试验组幼猫血常规检测白细胞(WBC)和中性粒细胞(Gran)数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组幼猫十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛长度与绒隐比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),空肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组幼猫十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均高于对照组,白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均低于对照组。研究表明,为断奶幼猫提供含有抗炎、抗氧化作用的离乳期饲粮能够维持肠绒毛形态,提高肠道组织抗氧化能力,降低炎症因子水平,缓解肠道屏障损伤,减轻断奶后腹泻。 The experiment aimed to explore the improvement effect of weaning cat food made from high-quality fresh meat materials and feed additives with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects on intestinal stress in weaning cat.Eight kittens with similar birth conditions,aged 4~5 weeks,were randomly divided into two groups,each with four replicates,and each replicate had one cat.The control group was fed commercial cat food,while the experimental group was fed homemade weaning cat food.The trial period was four weeks.The results showed that in the 1st and 2rd weeks of the trial,the stool scores of the cats in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 14th day of the trial,the number of white blood cell(WBC)and neutrophil(Gran)in the blood routine test of the cats in the experimental group was extremely lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The villus length and villus-tocrypt ratio in the duodenum,jejunum,ileum of the cats in the experimental group were extremely higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the depth of the crypt in the jejunum was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the duodenum,jejunum,ileum,and colon of the experimental group of cats was higher than that of the control group,and the content of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was lower than that of the control group.The study indicates that providing weaning food with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation ingredients for weaned cats can effectively maintain intestinal villus morphology of weaned cats,enhance the antioxidant capacity of intestinal tissues,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and relieve the intestinal barrier damage and reduce diarrhea caused by weaning stress.
