广东省专精特新“小巨人”企业创新绩效提升组态路径

The Path of Improving the Innovation Performance of"Small Giant"Enterprises in Guangdong Province

摘要 “专精特新”企业是我国中小企业高质量发展的生力军,而创新是“专精特新”的核心,以广东省42家专精特新“小巨人”企业为样本,采用fsQCA方法研究其产生高与非高创新绩效的组态路径。研究发现,产生高创新绩效的路径有5条,非高创新绩效的路径有7条。其中高创新绩效存在4种不同的实现方式,即科研人员-数字技术驱动型、科研人员-技术背景驱动型、研发投入-数字技术驱动型、科研人员-企业规模驱动型。通过不同路径的分析发现,在实现广东省专精特新“小巨人”企业高创新绩效中,技术人员结构发挥着最关键的作用,CEO技术背景和企业规模发挥着相对重要的作用。研究结论为广东省专精特新“小巨人”企业提高创新绩效提供了理论参考,助推专精特新“小巨人”企业实现高质量发展。 Innovation is the core of"Specialized and New"enterprises(SMEs),which is the driving force of high-quality development of SMEs in China.The fsQCA method was used to study the pathways of high and non-high innovation performance of the sample of 42"small giant"enterprises in Guangdong Province.It is found that there are five paths to high innovation performance and seven paths to non-high innovation performance.Among them,there are four different ways to achieve high innovation performance,namely researcherdigital technology-driven,researcher-technology background-driven,R&D investment-digital technology-driven,and researcherenterprise scale driven.Through the comparative analysis of different paths,it is found that the structure of technical personnel plays the most critical role in achieving high innovation performance of"small giant"enterprises in Guangdong Province,while the technical background of CEO and enterprise scale play relatively important roles.The findings provide theoretical references for the improvement of the innovation performance of the"small giant"enterprises in Guangdong Province and help the"small giant"enterprises to achieve high-quality development.
