新时代高校教师思想政治工作面临着诸多新挑战和新机遇,需要不断解决新问题以更好地适应时代发展需要。构建科学系统高效的实践体系是新时代高校教师思想政治工作的重要组成部分,通过探索新时代高校教师思想政治工作实践体系的建设方法,系统梳理当前高校教师思想政治工作实践体系的现状和问题,结合新时代发展需求,提出新时代高校教师思想政治工作实践体系建设的重要理论基础、指导思想、基本原则、建设内容、建设方法等,以期为进一步完善高校教师思想政治工作体系提供参考。

The ideological and political work of college teachers in the new era faces many new challenges and opportunities,and it needs to solve many new problems to better adapt to the needs of the times.The construction of scientific,systematic and efficient practice system is an important part of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era.This paper aims to explore the construction method of the practice system of college teachers'ideological and political work in the new era.Systematically combing the present situation and existing problems of the construction of the practical system of ideological and political work of university teachers,combining with the development needs of the new era,this paper puts forward the important theoretical basis,guiding ideology,basic principles,contents and methods of the construction of the practical system of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era so as to provide reference for the further improvement of the ideological and political work of college teachers.
