摘要
通过电弧增材制造技术制备耐磨钢试样,试样焊缝宽度均匀,焊缝铺展性能良好,结合强度高,无内部缺陷,具有良好的成形性,金相组织分析证实主要是铁素体。样品的显微硬度在横向和纵向上是均匀分布的,分别等于464.7HV0.2和482.4HV0.2。拉伸强度、伸长率和夏比冲击分别等于945.3MPa、4.3%和5J,力学性能优良。通过摩擦实验发现,其摩擦系数可达到10^(-7)~10^(-8)数量级,具有良好的耐磨性。
This paper uses arc additive manufacturing technology to prepare wear-resistant steel specimens.The weld seam width is uniform,the weld seam spreading performance is good,the bonding strength is high,and there are no internal defects,and it has good formability.Metallographic analysis confirms that it is mainly ferrite.The micro hardness of the sample is uniformly distributed horizontally and vertically,equal to 464.7 HV0.2 and 482.4 HV0.2,respectively.The tensile strength,elongation,and Charpy impact are 945.3 MPa,4.3%,and 5 J,respectively,displaying excellent mechanical properties.Through friction experiments,it find that its friction coefficient can reach the order of 10^(-7)~10^(-8) and has good wear resistance.
