碳纤维表面涂层失效分析及试验改进研究

摘要 在某型地面装备进行科研试验时,碳纤维复合材料发生了漆膜脱落、剥离现象,严重影响了装备的正常功能。针对上述质量问题,在开展技术分析的基础上,通过试验验证,提出了改进方案。经过制定合理的漆前处理方式、涂装工艺参数结合新型复合材料专用底漆试验等措施,重新涂装的碳纤维复合材料装备顺利通过实际环境考核,表面涂层无脱离、剥落现象,提升了装备质量。 Some film defects such as peeling and debonding occur on the surface of carbon fiber composite during the scientific research on land equipment,which might affect seriously the normal function of the equipment.By means of the technical analysis,the improvement scheme is proposed through the experimental verification.After the development of reasonable pretreatment methods,coating process parameters combined with the special primer for the new composite materials,the re-coated equipment based on carbon fiber composite successfully passes the actual environmental test.The film shows no peeling and debonding defects and the quality of the equipment is improved.
