摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了在零部件处理的锰系磷化工艺中,通过改变表面调整剂质量浓度和磷化的温度、酸比、Fe^(2+)质量浓度以及Ni^(2+)质量浓度这些影响因素,观察零部件表面结晶覆盖率和晶体结构尺寸。实验结果表明,随着表面调整剂的质量浓度增加,结晶尺寸逐渐变小;随着处理温度的升高,结晶由不完整到尺寸粗大的转变;随着酸比的增加,晶核形成困难到均一再到磷化膜变薄;Fe^(2+)和Ni^(2+)的引入对晶体尺寸也有一定的影响,为锰系磷化处理工艺参数管控提供参考。
The scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to study the effect of surface modifier concentration,phosphating temperature,acid ratio,Fe^(2+)concentration and Ni^(2+)concentration on the surface crystal coverage and crystal structure size of the manganese based phosphating process in component processing.The experimental results indicate that the increase of the surface modifier concentration is resulted in decrease of the crystal size.The increase of the processing temperature can enable the crystallization to transform from incomplete to coarse in size.The increase of acid ratio is helpful for the formation of crystal nucleus from nuiform to thinner phosphating film.The introduction of Fe^(2+)and Ni^(2+)also has a certain impact on the crystal size,providing reference for the control of process parameters in manganese based phosphating treatment.
