广东省林地管理边界的划定方法与实践

Methods and Practices of Defining Forest Land Management Boundaries in Guangdong Province

基于相关政策法规,从广东省林地管理边界划定工作的实际出发,提出了一种基于多源数据融合的林地管理边界划定方法,并以高州市为试点单位进行实践验证。该划定方法基于遥感影像、地形、林业专题、耕地等多源数据,利用GIS技术的空间分析功能,对林地管理边界进行数据标识,再提交给县级主管部门确认,确认后的林地边界在征求其他相关部门的意见后需再完善,并将最终成果提交至省级林业主管部门审核,审核通过后,形成最终林地边界成果。经实践验证,该划定方法实现了林地管理边界的科学划定,为广东省林地资源的科学管理和保护提供了有力支持。同时,研究成果也可以为其他地区的林地管理边界划定提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Based on relevant policies and regulations,this study started from the actual situation of forest land management boundary delineation in Guangdong Province and proposed a delineation method that integrates multi-source data.In-depth practical verification was conducted in Gaozhou City as a pilot project.The method integrated multiple sources of data,including remote sensing images,topography,forestry-specific information,and cultivated land data,utilizing the spatial analysis capabilities of GIS technology to mark the forest land management boundary.These marked boundaries were then submitted to the county level for confirmation.After receiving confirmation,the forest land boundaries were further refined by collecting opinions from other relevant departments.The finalized outcomes were subsequently submitted to the provincial forestry department for review.Upon approval,the final forest land boundary results were established.Practical verification demonstrated that this method effectively achieved the scientific delineation of forest land management boundaries,providing robust support for the scientific management and conservation of forest resources in Guangdong Province.Additionally,the research findings offer valuable references and insights for similar boundary delineation efforts in other regions.
