新质生产力视域下大学生学习迁移能力提升的路径初探

摘要 在新质生产力背景下,提升大学生的学习迁移能力对于培养创新型人才、推动我国经济高质量发展至关重要。首先阐述了新质生产力对高等教育的要求,明确了学习迁移能力在培养高素质人才中的核心作用。接着分析了当前大学生学习迁移能力提升过程中面临的关键问题,包括理论与实践脱节、教学内容与产业需求不匹配、产教融合深度与广度不足。针对这些问题,提出了强化理论与实践的深度融合、动态调整教学内容以适应产业需求、深化产教融合并构建长期稳定的校企合作机制等建议,以期有效提升大学生的学习迁移能力,为新质生产力的发展提供坚实的人才保障,并推动高等教育与产业的深度融合。 In the context of new quality productive forces,enhancing university students’learning transfer ability is crucial for cultivating innovative talents and driving China’s high-quality economic development.This paper first elucidates the requirements of new quality productive forces for higher education,highlighting the central role of learning transfer ability in the development of high-quality talents.It then analyzes the key issues currently hindering the improvement of students’learning transfer ability,including the disconnect between theory and practice,the mismatch between educational content and industry needs,and the insufficient depth and breadth of industry-education integration.In response to these challenges,the paper proposes strategies such as strengthening the integration of theory and practice,dynamically adjusting educational content to align with industry demands,and deepening industry-education integration by establishing long-term,stable university-industry partnerships.These measures can effectively enhance students’learning transfer ability,provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productive forces,and promote deeper integration between higher education and industry.
