新农科背景下基于“闯匠创客”人才培养的双创教育体系构建与实施

摘要 在“乡村振兴战略”和“立德树人”时代背景下,针对高校涉农专业创新创业教育急需解决的重点问题,借助“校际合作”、“校企协同”大平台,采取整合教学资源、理论与实践融合、项目驱动实践、建设“四育四合多层次全方位”的“闯匠创客”工程文化等措施,构建基于“闯匠创客”人才培养的双创教育体系,将“创客文化”贯穿“双创”教育全过程,培养具备解决复杂工程问题能力的创新应用型人才,以服务“三农”、助力产业升级。 Against the backdrop of the"rural revitalization strategy"and the"moral education and talent cultivation"era,to address the key issues that urgently need to be solved in innovation and entrepreneurship education for agricultural majors in universities.With the help of the"intercollegiate cooperation"and"school-enterprise collaboration"platforms,measures such as integrating and optimizing resources,integrating theory and practice,project-driven practice,and building a multi-level and all-round"Chuangjiang Chuangke"engineering culture of"four educations and four integrations"are taken to construct a"Chuangjiang Chuangke"talent cultivation and entrepreneurship education system.The"Chuangke Culture"is integrated throughout the entire process of"Chuangke"education,in order to cultivate innovative and applied talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems,and to assist in serving agriculture,rural areas,farmers,and industrial upgrading.
