摘要
针对数控技术专业人才培养评价体系中存在的评价主体单一、评价内容不全面、评价导向性不足等问题,基于OBE理念从顶层设计着手,进行了评价体系的改革和反馈改进机制的构建。通过明确专业人才培养目标、引入多元化评价主体、丰富评价内容、加强过程性评价等措施,有效提升了评价结果的全面性、客观性、指导性,对于提高人才培养质量、推动专业内涵式发展具有重要意义。
In response to the problems of a single evaluation subject,incomplete evaluation content,and insufficient evaluation orientation in the evaluation system for talent cultivation in Numerical Control Technology,based on the OBE concept,the evaluation system has been reformed,and feedback and improvement mechanisms have been established through top-level design.By clarifying the goals of professional talent cultivation,introducing diversified evaluation subjects,enriching evaluation content,and strengthening process evaluation measures,the evaluation results have become more comprehensive,objective,and guiding,which is of great significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation and promoting the development of professional connotation.
