定重定尺智能切割技术研究与实践

摘要 拉速波动和不同流次结晶器铜管出口断面不一致是影响钢坯定重稳定性的两个主要因素。涟钢一炼轧厂研究应用钢坯定重定尺智能切割系统,对影响定重稳定性的两个主要因素进行前馈控制,同时利用钢坯在线称重装置对所获钢坯质量进行闭环反馈修正。实现单支钢坯定重偏差±5 kg合格率达到87%以上,满足了轧钢对钢坯质量精确控制的要求,Φ28~32 mm规格螺纹钢平均成材率提高了0.62百分点,具有明显的经济效益。 The fluctuation of casting speed and the inconsistency of the outlet cross-section of copper tubes in different flow rates of moulds are the two main factors affecting the stability of steel billet weight.The research and application of an intelligent cutting system for steel billets with predetermined weight and length in No.1 Refining and Rolling Plant of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(Liangang)applies feedforward control to address the two primary factors affecting the stability of the predetermined weight.Simultaneously,the system performs closed-loop feedback adjustments using an online weighing device for steel billets to ensure accurate weight control.The qualified rate for achieving a single steel billet weight deviation of±5 kg is over 87%,meeting the requirements for precise control of steel billet weight in rolling processes.The average yield rate of threaded steel with diameters ranging from 28 to 32 mm has increased by 0.62 percentage points,resulting in significant economic benefits.
