衡钢高炉长周期稳顺生产实践

Long-Term Stable and Smooth Production Practice of Hengsteel's Blast Furnace

摘要 衡钢高炉前二代炉役因风速低、炉缸不活,经常出现悬料、炉况波动等问题,从2020年开始,通过优化上下部调剂,提高风速,形成稳定合理的煤气流分布,调整工艺操作参数,高炉实现高产;同时加强对原燃料质量与设备的管理,维持合理操作炉型,保持炉缸活跃,高炉实现了长周期稳定顺行,取得了较好的经济技术指标,平均煤比170 kg/t以上,2022年平均利用系数3.87 t/d。 Due to low wind speed and inactive hearth in the first two generations of blast furnace campaigns at Hengsteel,issues such as hanging materials and fluctuations in furnace conditions frequently occurred.Since 2020,by optimizing adjustments to the upper and lower parts of the furnace,increasing wind speed to form a stable and reasonable gas flow distribution,and adjusting process operation parameters,Hengsteel's blast furnace has achieved high production.Simultaneously,by strengthening the management of raw fuel quality and equipment,maintaining a reasonable operating furnace profile,and keeping the hearth active,the blast furnace has achieved long-term stable and smooth operation,resulting in good economic and technical indicators.The average coal ratio is over 170 kg/t,and the annual average utilization coefficient is 3.87 t/d.
