隧道洞渣资源化利用研究现状及展望

摘要 近些年来我国隧道建设取得重大进展,但随之而来的问题是大量的隧道洞渣难以处理。基于隧道洞渣性能波动大,有害物质含量多,难以利用的特点,不仅需要对洞渣的性能影响因素进行研究,还需要对开挖出的隧道洞渣进行合理的分级分类,以期实现大规模、高效率的回收利用。从隧道洞渣的可利用途径、隧道洞渣的性能影响因素、隧道洞渣的分类分级三方面综合讨论了国内外隧道洞渣的试验研究,并对今后隧道洞渣的高质化、快速化利用提供了建议。 Tunnel construction in China has made significant progress in recent years,but the ensuing problem is that a large amount of tunnel slag is difficult to deal with.Based on the characteristics of large fluctuation of tunnel slag performance,high content of hazardous substances and difficult to utilize,it is not only necessary to study the factors affecting the performance of the slag,but also necessary to carry out reasonable grading and classification of excavated tunnel slag,with a view to realizing the large-scale and high-efficiency recycling and utilization.This paper comprehensively discusses the domestic and foreign experimental research on tunnel slag,and summarizes from three aspects:the available ways of tunnel slag,the performance influencing factors of tunnel slag,the classification and grading of tunnel slag,and provides suggestions for the high quality and rapid utilization of tunnel slag in the future.
