As urbanization advances rapidly,pocket parks,as an important part of the urban green space system,not only optimize the city’s ecological environment,but also improve the quality of life of citizens.This type of park usually covers a small area and is exquisitely designed.It is located in a dense urban area and provides citizens with convenient recreational space.However,the greening and management of pocket parks face resource constraints and maintenance challenges.This article takes Park A as an example to discuss the ecological design principles of pocket parks and greening management and protection strategies based on ecological environment optimization,aiming to provide reference for the planning and maintenance of urban pocket parks.
