摘要
陶粒作为轻骨料,在建筑、桥梁等工程应用方面显示出巨大的优势。为研究分布系数对陶粒混凝土力学性能的影响,开展了不同分布系数对碎石型、球型陶粒混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度的试验研究;建立了分布系数与抗压强度、劈拉强度的极值分布模型。研究结果表明:随分布系数的增大,抗压强度、劈拉强度均呈现先增大后减小的规律,当分布系数分别为0.3,0.35时,碎石型、球型陶粒混凝土抗压强度最大,当分布系数为0.35时,陶粒混凝土劈拉强度均最大;建立的强度模型实测值与预测值的相对误差在6%以内,模型精度高;可为轻骨料混凝土配合比设计提供依据。
As a lightweight aggregate,ceramsite shows great advantages in engineering applications such as buildings and bridges.In order to study the influence of distribution coefficient on the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete,experimental studies on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of crushed stone and spherical ceramsite concrete with different distribution coefficients were carried out.The extreme distribution model of distribution coefficient and compressive strength and splitting tensile strength is established.The results show that with the increase of distribution coefficient,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increase first and then decrease.When the distribution coefficient is 0.3 and 0.35 respectively,the compressive strength of crushed stone and spherical ceramsite concrete is the largest,and when the distribution coefficient is 0.35,the splitting tensile strength of ceramsite concrete is the largest.The relative error between the measured value and the predicted value of the strength model is within 6%,and the model has high accuracy.It can provide a basis for the mix design of lightweight aggregate concrete.
