UHPC轻型工字梁在高寒阴湿地区危旧桥梁改造中的应用

摘要 为提升高寒阴湿地区桥梁结构混凝土的耐久性,对危旧桥梁改造工程中应用UHPC(超高性能混凝土)轻型工字梁的可能性及其效益进行了探讨。研究表明UHPC材料的应用不仅大幅减轻了桥梁上部结构自重、梁高,而且提高了结构承载能力。此外,UHPC的高耐久性的特点有效改善了结构水蚀泛碱和桥面铺装破损等常见病害。UHPC材料的引入,有利于桥梁工程的可持续发展,特别适用于具有高耐久性和低维护成本要求的桥梁结构中。 To enhance the durability of bridge structures,especially in cold and damp regions,the feasibility and benefits of using UHPC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete)lightweightⅠ-beams in the renovation of aged bridges were explored.The use of UHPC not only significantly reduced the self-weight of the upper structure of the bridges but also enhanced their load-bearing capacity.Moreover,the high durability of UHPC effectively mitigated common issues such as structural alkali-silica reaction and damage to the bridge pavement.The introduction of UHPC materials has provided a sustainable solution for bridge engineering,particularly suitable for bridge structures that require high durability and low maintenance costs.
