人工智能时代面向企业需求的工程管理专业人才培养路径

On the training path of engineering management professionals oriented to enterprise needs in the era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 人工智能时代智能建造成为工程管理的新模式。智能建造企业运用物联网、移动互联网、云计算、大数据和BIM等信息技术手段进行工程管理,对工程管理人才的创新能力提出新的要求。然而,现行的工程管理专业教育模式无法完全满足企业新的需求,如数据分析、智能决策、跨学科协作等技能人才不足。文章在总结传统工程管理人才培养模式的基础上,详细分析了人工智能时代工程管理专业面临的课程体系滞后、技能结构不完善、跨学科协作不足、实践资源有限和创新与持续学习能力欠缺五个方面的挑战。针对存在的问题,文章提出了面向人工智能时代的工程管理专业人才培养路径,即进行教学内容与课程体系改革、建立校企合作与实习实践体系、培养跨学科协作与创新能力、优化职业发展规划与持续学习等路径。研究结果表明未来的工程管理人才培养应全面融合人工智能技术、强化数据驱动的决策能力、注重跨学科与创新能力,并构建终身学习体系,以满足企业在人工智能时代的需求,推动工程管理行业实现新的突破与发展。 In the era of Artificial Intelligence,intelligent construction has emerged as a new model for engineering management.Leveraging information technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),mobile internet,cloud computing,big data,and BIM,intelligent construction companies are transforming engineering management and demanding new innovative skills from engineering management professionals.However,the current education model for engineering management cannot fully meet these new requirements,such as data analysis,intelligent decision-making,and interdisciplinary collaboration.Building on a summary of the traditional engineering management training model,this paper comprehensively analyzes five key challenges facing the engineering management profession in the AI era:outdated curriculum system,incomplete skill structure,insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration,limited practical resources,and a lack of innovation and lifelong learning abilities.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes an AI-era-oriented training pathway for engineering management professionals,including reforming teaching content and curriculum systems,establishing a system of industry-university collaboration and practical internships,developing interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation skills,and optimizing career development planning and lifelong learning pathways.The research findings demonstrate that future engineering management training should fully integrate AI technology,strengthen data-driven decision-making capabilities,emphasize interdisciplinary and innovation skills,and establish a lifelong learning system to meet the needs of enterprises in the AI era,thereby driving new breakthroughs and development in the engineering management industry.
