摘要
针对高渗透率风电出力不确定性带来的电力系统小干扰稳定性问题,采用概率分析方法,结合系统特征根、阻尼比、分布因子及其相关指标,建立多运行方式下概率小干扰稳定性评估指标体系。IEEE 8机24节点算例仿真结果表明,量化后的指标可以有效为发电机组出力调整和相关控制定位提供参考,为进一步稳定运行决策提供理论依据。
In response to the small disturbance stability problem in the power system caused by the uncertainty of high penetration wind power output,a probability analysis method was adopted,combined with system characteristic roots,damping ratio,distribution factors and related indexes,a probability small disturbance stability evaluation index system under multiple operating modes was established.The simulation results of the IEEE 8-machine 24 node example show that the quantified indexes can effectively provide reference for the adjustment of generator output and related control positioning,and provide theoretical basis for further stable operation decisions.
