面向储能新型市场主体的电力系统机组最优调度研究

摘要 为解决储能这类新型市场主体接入电力系统参与最优调度的问题,提出了面向这类新型市场主体的最优调度模型。分析了电池储能的基本原理,研究了风电和储能联合系统对调度的影响。构建了以运行成本最小化为目标的最优调度模型,考虑火力发电机组的生产成本、启停成本以及削减可再生能源的惩罚成本,考虑发电机约束、可再生能源及约束、电池储能约束、旋转备用约束以及爬坡约束等,提出了改进例子群算法进行求解。最后,针对提出的模型进行仿真分析,论证了模型的有效性。 To address the issue of integrating energy storage and other new market participants into the power system for optimal dispatch,an optimal dispatch model tailored to these new market participants was proposed.Firstly,the basic principles of battery energy storage were analyzed,and the impact of combined wind power and energy storage systems on dispatch was examined.An optimal dispatch model aiming to minimize operating costs was constructed,considering the production costs of thermal power units,start-stop costs,and penalty costs for curtailing renewable energy.Constraints such as generator constraints,renewable energy constraints,battery storage constraints,spinning reserve constraints,and ramping constraints were considered.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed for solving the model.Finally,simulation analysis was conducted on the proposed model to demonstrate its effectiveness.
