摘要
利用β成核剂对聚丙烯(PP)进行改性,制成β成核质量分数为5%的PP母粒。PP母粒与PP按照不同配比注塑成PP标准样条,并对PP样条进行力学性能测试。结果表明:β成核剂对均聚PP 1100N有极大的增韧作用。当β成核剂添加质量分数为0.02%时,常温缺口冲击强度由5.0 kJ/m^(2)增加至9.1 kJ/m^(2),提高了82%;在β成核剂添加质量分数为0.15%时,常温缺口冲击强度达到最大,从原来的5.0 kJ/m^(2)增加至11.5 kJ/m^(2),提高了130%。低温冲击强度随着β成核剂添加量的增加而增加,从2.0 kJ/m^(2)增加至2.6 kJ/m^(2),提高了30%。β成核剂的加入影响材料的拉伸性能。在β成核剂质量分数为0.05%时,拉伸强度达到最大的30.98 MPa,与未添加的空白样相比,拉伸强度提高了13.27%,断裂伸长率也由708.95%提高至1060.00%以上。β成核剂的加入影响材料的弯曲性能,降低材料的刚性,但影响程度不大。
The polypropylene(PP)was modified byβ-nucleating agent to prepare PP masterbatch with theβ-nucleating mass fraction of 5%.The PP masterbatches are then injection molded with PP in various ratios to form PP standard test specimens,which are subsequently subjected to mechanical property testing.The results showed that theβ-nucleating agent had a significant toughening effect on the homopolymer PP 1100N.When the mass fraction ofβ-nucleating agent is 0.02%,the notched impact strength at room temperature increases from 5.0 kJ/m^(2) to 9.1 kJ/m^(2),with an increase of 82%.At a mass fraction of 0.15%,the notched impact strength at room temperature reaches its maximum,increasing from the original 5.0 kJ/m^(2) to 11.5 kJ/m^(2),with an increase of 130%.The low-temperature impact strength also increases with the addition ofβ-nucleating agents,from 2.0 kJ/m^(2) to 2.6 kJ/m^(2),with an increase of 30%.The incorporation ofβ-nucleating agents affects the tensile properties of the material.At a mass fraction of 0.05%ofβ-nucleating agent,the tensile strength reaches a maximum of 30.98 MPa,which is a 13.27%increase in tensile strength compared to the blank sample without addition,and the elongation at break also increases from 708.95%to over 1060.00%.The addition ofβ-nucleating agents affects the bending properties of the material and reduces its rigidity,but the impact is not significant.
