摘要
[目的]基于AGIL理论构建医学院校书院制评价指标体系,为我国医学院校书院制改革提供参考。[方法]结合AGIL理论,通过文献分析初步构建医学院校书院制评价指标,运用Delphi法对21位相关领域专家进行两轮函询,确定指标体系内容及权重。[结果]两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为95.24%,权威系数为0.81,肯德尔系数分别为0.164和0.083,最终构建了涵盖4个一级指标、8个二级指标、24个三级指标的医学院校书院制评价指标体系。[结论]基于AGIL理论和Delphi法构建的医学院校书院制评价指标体系具有可靠性、重要性、实用性,能够为医学院校书院制评价、改革提供参考。
Objective Based on the AGIL theory,the evaluation index system of college system for medical schools is constructed to provide the reference for the reform of college system of medical schools in China.Methods Based on the AGIL theory,the evaluation index for the college system of medical colleges was preliminarily established through literature analysis,and the contents and weights of the index system were determined by two rounds of letter consultation with 21 experts in related fields by Delphi method.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires for experts were 95.24%;the authority coefficient was 0.81,and the Kendall coefficients were 0.164 and 0.083,respectively.Finally,an evaluation index system for college system of medical schools was constructed,covering four first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.Conclusions The evaluation index system for college system of medical schools based on AGIL theory and Delphi method is reliable,important and practical,and can provide the reference for evaluation and reform of college system of medical schools.
