长江经济带医疗资源配置与经济发展的耦合协调及空间特征研究

Research on the coupling coordination and spatial characteristics of medical resource allocation and economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

[目的]运用耦合协调理论,探究长江经济带医疗资源配置与经济发展的耦合协调发展情况及空间特征,为长江经济带医疗资源配置的优化和促进经济发展提供参考。[方法]以长江经济带覆盖的11个省(市)为研究对象,选取医疗资源配置与区域经济发展水平2个系统的指标评价体系,通过熵值法确定指标权重,采用耦合协调综合评价模型测量子系统的综合发展水平指数,利用空间自相关研究其空间特征。[结果]2017-2021年,长江经济带医疗资源配置与经济发展的相对发展度(E)均值分别为2.3347、1.9585、1.7496、1.6096和1.4378;耦合协调度(D)均值分别为0.5190、0.5529、0.5901、0.5888和0.6292;全局莫兰指数均大于0。[结论]长江经济带经济发展水平滞后于医疗资源配置水平,耦合协调度从勉强协调上升为初级协调,各省(市)之间在2021年存在趋同集聚的现象和空间正向协调关系。

Objective The coupling coordination theory is applied to explore the coupling coordination development and spatial characteristics of medical resource allocation and economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,providing references for the optimization of medical resource allocation and the promotion of economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Methods Taking 11 provinces(municipalities)covered by the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research objects,the indicator evaluation systems of medical resource allocation and regional economic development level were selected.The weights of the indicators were determined by entropy method.The comprehensive development level index of the subsystems was measured by the coupling coordination comprehensive evaluation model,and the spatial characteristics were studied by spatial autocorrelation.Results From 2017 to 2021,the mean values of the relative development degree(E-value)of medical resource allocation and economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were 2.3347,1.9585,1.7496,1.6096 and 1.4378,respectively.The mean values of the coupling coordination degree(D-value)were 0.5190,0.5529,0.5901,0.5888 and 0.6292,respectively.The global Moran s I Index was greater than 0.Conclusions The level of economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt lags behind the level of healthcare resource allocation.The coupling coordination degree rises from reluctant coordination to the primary coordination.There is the phenomenon of convergent agglomeration and positive spatial coordination among provinces(municipalities)in 2021.
