北京市属三级医院周末门诊现状调查与服务优化策略研究

Study on the status quo of weekend outpatient clinics and strategies for service optimization in Beijing municipal tertiary hospitals

[目的]对22家北京市属三级医院周末门诊服务开展专题调研,了解周末门诊的开设现况与服务量情况,梳理分析痛点难点,并针对问题提出优化策略。[方法]收集22家北京市属医院2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日门诊号源数据,对比分析各医院周末门诊与工作日门诊的号源投放量、利用率以及重点科室号源管理情况。[结果]22家北京市属三级医院的周末门诊号源利用率在24.81%~100.00%。医院的普通门诊号源、专家门诊号源、特需门诊号源在周末的利用率均高于工作日。大部分市属医院的重点科室周末门诊号源利用率均高于工作日门诊。[结论]患者周末就诊需求量大,尤其是对医院的优势科室的需求。各医院需对院内的医疗资源和人力资源进行合理调配,在节省医院运营成本和保障医务人员合法权益的同时,合理设置周末门诊开设时间和热门科室号源的投放量,以满足不同患者的就诊需求。

Objective A special survey is carried out on weekend outpatient clinics of 22 Beijing municipal tertiary hospitals to understand the current situation and service volume of weekend outpatient clinics,sort out and analyze the difficulties,and put forward optimization strategies for the problems.Methods The registration data of 22 Beijing municipal hospitals from January 1,2023 to December 31,2023 were collected.The number of registration,utilization rate and the management of registration in key departments of weekend outpatient clinics and weekday outpatient clinics of each hospital were compared and analyzed.Results The utilization rate of registration of weekend outpatient clinics in 22 Beijing municipal tertiary hospitals ranged from 24.81%to 100.00%.The utilization rates of registration of general outpatient clinics,expert clinics and special outpatient clinics on weekends were higher than that on weekdays.In most of the key departments of municipal hospitals,the utilization rate of registration of weekend outpatient clinics was higher than that of weekday outpatient clinics.Conclusions The demand of patients for weekend clinics is great,especially for the dominant departments of hospitals.All hospitals need to make a reasonable allocation of medical resources and human resources.While saving hospital operating costs and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of medical staff,hospitals should reasonably set the opening time of weekend outpatient clinics and registration numbers of popular departments to meet the needs of different patients.
