Practice and exploration of style construction of Flying College Students from the perspective of the Three Respects:Based on the Civil Aviation Flight University of China

本文在“三个敬畏”的视域下,以如何加强飞行大学生作风建设为主要研究内容,旨在探索加强飞行大学生作风建设的有效途径。本文通过分析当前飞行大学生作风建设的现状与存在的困境,找出问题的痛点所在,通过家校共建、教辅结合、创新管理、思想引领、制度构建等方面的深入分析,提出合理的解决办法,以期推动飞行大学生作风建设得到良好的发展。

From the perspective of the"Three Respects",this paper takes how to strengthen the style construction of Flying College Students as the main content of the study,and explores the effective ways to strengthen the style construction of flying college students.By analyzing the current situation and difficulties of the style construction of flying college students,this paper finds out the main points,and puts forward reasonable solutions through the analysis of home-school co-construction,teaching-assistant combination,innovative management,ideological guidance,system construction and other aspects,which can promote the style construction of Flying College Students.
