解析EPC工程总承包模式下的工程造价管理

摘要 EPC工程总承包模式下,总承包商对工程项目从设计、采购到施工,全面承包并负责质量。其优势包括减少施工周期、保障工程质量、优化资源调配及简化组织关系等。但造价控制面临难题,如初步规划与预算不足、总承包商风险大及风险分担问题。对此文中提出造价控制方法,包括规范初步设计与概算编制、做好施工管理、分散风险控制采购成本、制定应对风险管理对策等,以实现有效造价控制与项目顺利推进。 In the EPC project general contracting mode,the general contractor fully contracts the design,procurement and construction of engineering project,and is responsible for the quality.Its advantages include reducing the construction period,ensuring the project quality,optimizing the resource allocation and simplifying organizational relationships.However,cost control faces difficulties,such as insufficient preliminary planning and budgeting,high risk and risk sharing problems for general contractors.In this paper,the cost control methods are proposed,including standardizing the preliminary design and budget estimate preparation,performing well in construction management,diversifying risks to control procurement costs,and formulating risk management countermeasures,so as to achieve effective cost control and smooth progress of the project.
