High-rise building construction is a complex and rigorous process,and its construction quality is critical to the safety and reliability of the project.However,there are some common quality problems in actual construction,such as unqualified material quality,non-standard process operation,imperfect equipment and facilities,etc.This paper analyzes common quality problems in the construction management of high-rise buildings,and proposes corresponding control measures to improve the management level and construction quality.
