人工智能在施工项目进度管理中的优化策略与实践

摘要 本研究深析施工进度管理现存问题,如计划执行偏离、资源配置欠佳等,并指出人工智能在建筑行业的应用潜力。文中详述了如何运用人工智能,包括机器学习优化计划编排、搭建实时监控预警体系、预测进度风险并策略应对,以及增强资源调配与协作智能性,实证表明人工智能可以大幅提升中国施工项目管理效率和质量把控。面对技术与政策难题,人工智能仍被视为建筑行业未来创新跃进的关键驱动力。 This study analyzes the existing problems of construction schedule management,such as plan execution deviation and poor resource allocation,and points out the application potential of artificial intelligence in the construction industry.This paper introduces how to use artificial intelligence,including machine learning,to optimize plan arrangement,build a real-time monitoring and early warning system,predict schedule risks and respond strategically,and enhance the resource allocation and collaboration intelligence.The practical example shows that artificial intelligence can greatly improve the construction project management efficiency and quality control in China.In response to technical and policy challenges,artificial intelligence is still considered as a key driver for the future innovation and development of the construction industry.
