摘要
在整车企业,问题管理工作十分重要,文章以某公司部门在工厂现场接收到的各类生产质量问题为输入,介绍了一种自下而上的问题管理系统的设计策略和实现。该系统不仅充分考虑了执行层员工的实际需要,也实现了管理层对问题管理整体把控的需要。通过该系统的使用,该部门问题管理效率得到大幅提升,每年平均节约工时超过500h,节约人工成本约10万元。本文的介绍内容,对于推动制造业数字化转型,实现信息化战略具有一定的借鉴作用。
In the automotive industry,problem management work is very important.In this article,various production quality issues received at the factory site are used as input to introduce the design strategy and implementation of a bottom-up problem management system.This system not only fully considers the actual needs of the executive staff,but also achieves the management's need to overall control problem management.By using this system,the efficiency of problem management in this department has been improved,with an average annual savings of over 500 hours of work hours and a labor cost savings of approximately 100,000 RMB.The content introduced in this article has certain reference role for promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and realizing the informatization strategy.
