摘要
依托国道207线养护工程,开展了碎石封层原材料性能试验和橡胶沥青配伍试验,提出了橡胶沥青材料组成配比,制备出了符合规范技术要求的橡胶沥青并应用于实体工程。结果表明:橡胶沥青同步碎石封层粘结力高,抗滑性能好,能消减和吸收基层裂缝产生的应力,减少面层反射裂缝频率,对提高路面整体性、延长道路使用寿命效果显著,适合在锡盟地区推广应用。
Relying on the maintenance project of National Highway 207,performance tests were conducted on raw materials for the crushed stone sealing layer and compatibility tests were performed for rubber asphalt.A composition ratio was proposed for the rubber asphalt material,and rubber asphalt meeting the technical specifications was prepared and applied in practical engineering.The results demonstrated that the rubber asphalt synchronous crushed stone sealing layer exhibited exceptional adhesion and excellent skid resistance.It effectively mitigated and absorbed stress induced by cracks in the base layer,thereby reducing reflective crack occurrence in the surface layer.This significantly enhanced pavement integrity and extended road service life,making it suitable for widespread implementation in Xilingol League region.
