摘要
为研发新型高强、抗裂和耐腐蚀的混凝土,该文以山东省东营市某高层建筑为研究背景,运用室内试验的方法,在混凝土材料中掺入不同类型的纤维材料,研究纤维混凝土的力学强度和耐久性变化规律。结果表明,3种纤维均提升混凝土立方体抗压强度、抗折强度和耐久性,但钢纤维的提升幅度最大;纤维对混凝土早期抗折强度、长期抗压强度的改善较为有利;杜拉纤维混凝土与尼龙纤维混凝土的耐久性较好,而钢纤维对混凝土耐久性的提高不及杜拉纤维和尼龙纤维。
In order to develop a new type of concrete with high strength,crack resistance,and corrosion resistance,this paper takes a high-rise building in Dongying City,Shandong Province as the research background.By employing laboratory testing methods,different types of fiber materials are incorporated into concrete materials to study the variation laws of mechanical strength and durability of fiber-reinforced concrete.The research results indicate that all three types of fibers enhance the compressive strength,flexural strength,and durability of concrete cubes,with steel fibers showing the greatest improvement.Fibers are beneficial for improving the early flexural strength and long-term compressive strength of concrete.Dura fiber concrete and nylon fiber concrete exhibit better durability,while steel fibers do not improve the durability of concrete as much as Dura fiber and nylon fibers.
