基于中国知网数据库(CNKI)的捏脊研究领域知识图谱可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Knowledge Graph in the Field of Chiropractic Research Based on China NationalKnowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) Database

目的:应用CiteSpace软件对2000年起至2023年中国知网数据库捏脊领域的研究文献进行系统性可视化分析,继而了解捏脊领域的研究现状,并进一步探求捏脊疗法的研究热点及该领域未来的发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网2000年1月1日至2023年10月1日所收录的捏脊研究文献,根据纳入和排除标准筛选后运用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件提取作者、机构与关键词信息绘制相关知识图谱并进行分析。结果:①共纳入文献814篇,从2020年开始发文量出现了整体下降的趋势。发文量最高的机构是广州中医药大学,但各机构缺乏合作交流,吴高鑫团队、王红团队发文量靠前。②关键词共现、聚类及突现结果显示目前研究热点集中于儿科病症的临床疗效观察,譬如厌食、腹泻与小儿脑瘫等。结论:捏脊研究已具规模且侧重于临床疗效评价,且以呼吸、消化、泌尿系统中的应用居多。同时,捏脊疗法的免疫机制及脑功能效应等可能成为未来捏脊的研究热点。

Objective:Apply CiteSpace software to conduct a systematic visual analysis of research literature in the field of chiroprac-tic therapy from 2000 to 2023,in order to understand the current research status in the field and further explore the research hotspots and future development trends of chiropractic therapy.Methods:Retrieve the literature on chiropractic research included on CNKI from January 1,2000 to October 1,2023,and screen based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Then,use CiteSpace6.1.R6 software to extract author,institution,and keyword information,draw relevant knowledge graphs,and analyze them.Results:A total of 814 ar-ticles were included,and since 2020,there has been an overall downward trend in the number of publications.The institution with the highest publication volume is Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,but there is a lack of cooperation and communi-cation among various institutions.The teams of Wu Gaoxin and Wang Hong have higher publication volumes.The co-occurrence,
