高校教学管理“思政育人”的内在机理、存在问题及对策

The Internal Mechanism,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of“Ideological and Political Education”in University Teaching Management

发挥高校教学管理“思政育人”功能是落实“三全育人”理念、构建完整的立德树人体系的内在要求。现阶段,“教学管理队伍结构不合理”“教学管理繁杂琐碎且不受重视”“教学管理思政育人制度不健全”等不利因素使得高校教学管理“思政育人”功能未能有效发挥,需重视教学管理队伍建设、加强对教学管理人员的培训、完善高校教学管理“思政育人”制度体系,切实提高高校教学管理“思政育人”的实效性。

Playing the role of“Ideological and Political Education”in university teaching management is an inher⁃ent requirement for implementing the concept of“Three Complete Education”and building a complete system of moral education and talent cultivation.At present,unfavorable factors such as“unreasonable structure of teach⁃ing management team”,“complex,trivial and undervalued teaching management”,and“incomplete system of ideological and political education in teaching management”have prevented its effective function in university teaching management.Thus it is necessary to attach importance to the construction of teaching management team,strengthen the training of teaching management personnel,improve the institutional system of“Ideological and Political Education”in university teaching management,and effectively improve its effectiveness in universi⁃ty teaching management.
