摘要
文章针对高校继续教育教学环节存在生源素质参差不齐、课程课时有限、教学形式单一等问题,从充分做好继续教育混合教学的框架设计、二次开发继续教育混合教学的课程体系、系统改革继续教育混合教学的考评方式三个方面来优化构建混合教学模式,并提出精细化设计混合教学模式、动态化更新人才培养方案、全面化发挥信息技术优势三个应用策略,旨在为新时代高校继续教育向数字化、个性化、职业化方向发展提供有益参考。
This paper aims to solve the problems of uneven quality of students,limited teaching time,and single teaching methods in the teaching process of continuing education in universities.It optimizes and constructs a mixed teaching model from three aspects:well designing the framework of mixed teaching for continuing educa⁃tion,re-developing the course system for mixed teaching in continuing education,and systematically reforming the evaluation methods for mixed teaching in continuing education.It also proposes three strategies:the refined design of the mixed teaching methods,the dynamic updating of the talent training plan,and comprehensively making full use of information technology.This paper aims to provide useful references to the development of continuing education in universities towards digitalization,personalization,and professionalization in the new era.
