电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水中7种元素的方法验证

摘要 本文通过对《水质32种元素的测定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》(HJ 776—2015)进行方法验证,从人、机、料、法、环5方面确定实验室满足方法所要求的人员、仪器设备、试剂和标准物质、设施与环境等条件,并确定了Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Al、K、Na工作曲线。结果表明,测定工作曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均小于方法检出限,精密度相对标准偏差为0.2%~1.3%,准确度均在标准证书范围内,相对误差为-2.5%~4.3%,加标回收率为97.3%~100.6%,技术指标均满足方法要求,表明该实验室有能力按照该方法开展水中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Al、K、Na等检测工作。 This paper validates the method outlined in Water Quality Determination of 32 Elements-Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(HJ 776-2015)by evaluating the laboratory’s compliance with requirements in five areas:personnel,equipment,reagents and standards,facilities,and environmental conditions.The study established calibration curves for Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Al,K,and Na.Results show that the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were all above 0.999,with detection limits below the method’s specified limits.Precision,represented by relative standard deviations,ranged from 0.2%to 1.3%,while accuracy was within the range specified by standard certificates,with relative errors from-2.5%to 4.3%.The spiked recovery rates were between 97.3%and 100.6%.These technical indicators meet the method’s requirements,demonstrating that the laboratory is capable of conducting water testing for Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Al,K,and Na according to the specified method.
