上海市青浦区下垫面蓄滞能力调查分析

摘要 本文通过全面调查青浦区下垫面现状蓄滞空间的分布,计算青浦区利用已有的自然条件和水利工程拥有的蓄滞能力,根据现状下垫面蓄滞能力是否满足20年一遇最大24h降雨量的标准,提出不提升模式和挖掘提升模式。经统计分析,青浦区太北片和商榻片,属于不提升模式;青松片、太南片、浦南西片属于挖掘提升模式。分析结果为提出下垫面蓄滞能力提升策略增强区域防汛安全韧性提供研究基础。 Base on whether the current underlying surface infiltration and storage capacity can accommodate the maximum 24h rainfall for a 20-year return period,two strategies are proposed in the paper:the non-elevation model and the excavation elevation model,by comprehensively investigating the distribution of underlying surface infiltration and storage capacity in Qingpu District and calculating the storage capacity available through existing natural conditions and hydraulic engineering.Statistical analysis reveals that the Taibei and Shangta regions belong to the non-elevation model,while the Qingsong,Tainan,and Punan West regions belong to the excavation elevation model.This study provides a research basis for enhancing regional flood resilience by exploring strategies to improve underlying surface infiltration and storage capacity.
